By downloading or using the badging device you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms you must not download or use the campaign badging device.
- To download and use the campaign badging device you must be a care provider operating in the adult care sector. Other organisations may only use the campaign badging device with written permission from DHSC.
- The campaign badging device must only be used on proprietorial campaigns supporting the recruitment or retention of adult social care workers.
- The brand guidelines must always be adhered to when using the campaign badging device.
- The campaign badging device must not be revised or altered in any way and must be displayed in the same form as provided by the Department of Health and Social Care.
- The Department of Health and Social Care retains the right to ask for materials to be withdrawn at any time where the campaign badging device has not been used appropriately.
- You must avoid bringing the campaign into disrepute. And accept that, should disputes arise concerning compliance with the Terms; the brand guidelines; appropriate use of campaign badging device; or your association with the campaign; these will be adjudicated by the Department of Health and Social Care, who will have final jurisdiction.
- If the Department of Health and Social Care requires you to cease your involvement in the campaign, every effort must be made to do this with immediate effect.
