As a Support Worker at Leonard Cheshire you will help to care for the people with disabilities who live in our homes. It is a varied role - as every person in our care has unique needs - so each job is different. You will help to give them choice, control and variety in their lives.

candidates will be calm, patient, cheerful, positive, honest and kind. You will be able to put people at ease and help them feel safe and comfortable.
